Creative Director
Location: Kansas City
Department: Creative
Here are some things we expect from the ideal Creative Director:
- Seven-plus years of design experience in an agency setting, online and traditional
- Solid concepting and design chops, plus a flair for interactive know-how
- Great presentation skills- must be able to sell your work
- Visual communication skills that will knock our socks off – that includes design skills, typography, layout and interactive engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. We’re talking lightening fast
- Strong attention to detail and process
- A one-stop-shop for intermediate software skills in Flash, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, HTML and the capabilities of web browsers
- A triple-threat in banner building – static, Flash and rich media
