Job Description
Job Requirements Forbes.com - The Homepage of the World's Business Leaders - has an immediate opening for a Staff Writer to cover mens' and womens' fashion and accessories for Forbes.com's Lifestyle Channel. In this role, you will write and report trend and service features and generate on average four stories each week. This position involves having a deep rolodex of contacts in the fashion industry, the ability to report and write well-rounded features, superior time management skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced newsroom; the staff writer will be based in New York City and report from there on trends, luxury items and ''best of'' lists.
Writers with 3 to 5 years' reporting and writing experience, preferably at a newspaper or newswire, and who are excited about covering the style beat should apply.
