Job Description
Our growth has created the need for a Senior Accountant who has particular expertise in Tax. This role will oversee the success of our Sales Tax practices and Internal/External Compliance. This individual will also act as the primary Finance partner to a retail business unit by providing education to reduce financial risk, analyze financial trends and continue system improvements. In addition, this opportunity is ideal for someone who is innovative, curious and excited by the potential of this new role in our organization.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
· 5+ years related experience
· 3+ years Sales Tax experience
· Strong working knowledge of GAAP
· CPA Preferred
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
