Senior Designer/Animator, G4TV Creative
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with Creative Director and CS staff to conceptualize, create and produce a finished project .
• Interpret project goals into innovative graphics for Show Packages, Promotion/Marketing spots and Network Specials
• Act as lead designer in important network design initiatives, set goals for the design team
• Strategic in time management and prioritize resources.
• Works with Creative Director to resolve creative matters to ensure the best solutions/goals for every projects.
• Must have working knowledge of relevant technology platforms and graphic softwares.
• Stay current with all new software and always be in tuned with contemporary art, design, and culture.
• Mentor and inspire junior members in the team.
• Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• BA Degree in Graphic Design.
• At least 5-8 years experience as a designer in a network or broadcast design agency.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is a must. Knowledgeable in 3D (Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of post production techniques and process.
• Good time management skills to meet tight project deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and to make adjustments to meet unexpected changes to projects or deadlines.
• Deliver high quality design
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated and take initiative
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Flexible with work schedules (frequent after hours work may be required to meet deadlines)
