Job Description Regional Loss Prevention Supervisor – California Retail Division
This position will be responsible for detecting, reporting, and resolving all issues related to loss prevention and inventory shortage. Directly involved with training store associates on all shrink reduction and inventory preparation. This individual will monitor compliance with existing procedures through on-site visits and detailed document follow up with all CA stores, and other stores throughout the country on an as determined basis.
Job Responsibilities
* Tours stores daily, identify deficiencies that cause shrink and implements correction action and recommends corrective action to Store Manager/District Manager.
* Detect and resolve internal and external theft incidents.
* Monitor areas of visible and invisible shrink and correct deficiencies found in order to reduce shrink.
* Assist in training all new store associates and existing store associates in all areas of Loss prevention including shrink control and preparation procedures.
* Assist in the preparation, completion and follow-up of the stores inventory or audits as directed.
* Conduct internet search to identify the resale of stolen PUMA product.
* Conduct quarterly loss prevention training sessions to ensure all team members are informed on all PUMA’S loss prevention policy and procedures.
* Review insurance coverage for Loss Prevention issues.
Qualifications
Basic reading, writing, oral and arithmetic skills.
Minimum one to two years retail loss prevention experience or equivalent.
Ability to make appropriate decisions in stressful situations.
Spanish speaking is a plus
Good verbal and communications skills.
